Classes are held in a private studio and only accessible upon booking, this is why the address is not mentioned. Tram 51 and bus 37 stop less than 5 minutes walk from the studio (stop Altitude 100 or Coghen). Buses 48 and 54 also stop nearby (stop Mystère). About 10 minutes walk, you will find trams 3, 4, 7 and 92 at Vanderkindere. Parking is free in the evenings but not on Saturday mornings.
Be careful as it may be very expensive if you forget to pay!
Since I have a limited amount of space, please confirm your presence eby booking online.
Please note that the yoga classes are not suited to pregnant women unless they have a strong existing practise
for you own comfort and your baby's safety.
It's not recommended to start a physical activity during pregnancy unless they are especially designed for pregnant women.
Please bear in mind that yoga classes are designed for wellnesss, strengh and flexibility and that you should alway warn your teacher of any pain or change in your physical condition so we can modify the poses if necessary.
I'm basically trained to teach adults, which means my classes are not recommended to children. Moreover, most children find it difficult to focus for the duration of a class and some of the moves may not be suited for a fast-growing child.
If you wish to join a class with your teenager, I will require a private session first so I can make sure you will benefit from a peaceful session.
